The latest drop from Chicago’s Lucki Eck$ is a track called “Want More,” and that’s exactly how you’re going to feel after pressing play.
Lucki and Plu2o Nash, a frequent collaborator who’s becoming even more frequent as of late, have been crafting a sound unlike any other, and “Want More” might be the pair’s strongest track to date.
The entrancingly spacey production leaves the canvas wide open for Lucki’s drawling verses, chock full of clever wordplay and lines like “coke under the seat whoever’s drivin’ take the charge for it, as soon as it’s on my I keep it movin’ like it’s Parkinson’s” that will make you double back and make sure what you heard came from the mouth of a 17-year-old.
Lucki’s music is dark, but incredibly engaging and addicting. He and Plu2o really have something special going. I can’t wait to hear more. Catch up with Alternative Trap HERE if you haven’t already. Stream and download “Want More” below, and stay tuned for more.
“Whatever the cause, I’m makin’ sure that they want more…”
